Cancellation and refund policy
Transparent rules for subscription cancellation and refunds for Epro.io services. No hidden conditions and no fine print.
1.30-day money-back guarantee
If within the first 30 days after your initial service payment you encounter a problem that prevents you from using the service, we handle it as follows:
- You write to support and describe what's wrong.
- We try to resolve the issue directly — the technical team works on it.
- If the issue cannot be resolved or the solution doesn't satisfy you — we issue a full refund for the unused period.
The guarantee applies to hosting, VPS and VDS plans. For Dedicated servers and Private Cloud, refund terms are set in the individual contract.
2.Non-refundable items
The following services are non-refundable by their nature:
- Domain registration and renewals — payments go directly to registries (.az, .com, .io etc.) and cannot be refunded. This is standard across all registrars.
- SSL certificates — issued by Certificate Authorities (CA), cannot be revoked or refunded.
- Dedicated servers and Private Cloud — sold under an individual contract with fixed terms. Refund conditions are stated separately in each contract.
- Setup fees and engineering work — completed work (migration, server setup, custom configurations) is non-refundable.
- Services used for more than 30 days — after the guarantee window expires, no refund is issued for the paid period; you may cancel auto-renewal at any time.
3.How to cancel a service or auto-renewal
You can cancel a service or auto-renewal yourself from the billing dashboard — that's the fastest path. If you have questions, we'll help via ticket or email.
- Account at billing.epro.io → Services → pick the service → Cancel. Auto-renewal is also disabled in one click.
- A ticket in your account or an email to support@epro.io — if you need help or have questions.
After cancellation, the service continues to work until the end of the already paid period — there is no sudden cutoff. Auto-renewal is disabled immediately, no further charge is made.
If you want to get a refund for money already paid rather than just cancel the service — that's a separate step. See the refund procedure section below.
4.How to request a refund
- Open a ticket at billing.epro.io or write to support@epro.io.
- Describe what specifically is not working or unsatisfactory — specifics help find a solution faster.
- The technical team will respond within a few hours and try to resolve the issue.
- If a solution is not possible — we issue the refund.
- The refund is processed via the same payment method used originally (card, bank transfer or billing balance).
To speed up the refund, have your billing payment number or a receipt screenshot ready in advance.
5.Refund processing times
Times depend on the payment method. We initiate the refund right after agreement; the remaining time is up to the bank or payment processor.
6.Policy updates
We may update this policy. The current version and date are shown at the top of this page. If you accepted a previous version when ordering a service, the terms in effect at that time apply to your subscription.
